Commitment: Part-time, 8+ hours a week

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Fundraising: Develop and implement capital raising strategies tailored to the unique needs and value propositions of our client ventures.

  2. Investor Networking: Build and nurture relationships with potential investors, including angel investors, venture capitalists, and private equity firms, to secure funding for client projects.

  3. Pitching: Craft and present compelling pitches that highlight the potential and vision of our client ventures, resonating with the financial objectives and interests of potential investors.

  4. Financial Analysis: Construct and interpret financial models to showcase the viability, growth prospects, and return on investment for client ventures.

  5. Negotiation: Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize investment terms that align with the objectives and needs of the client ventures.

  6. Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all fundraising initiatives comply with pertinent UK financial regulations and guidelines.

  7. Market Insights: Stay updated with investment trends, identifying opportunities and challenges within the capital raising domain.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable expertise in capital raising, with a track record of successful fundraising initiatives.

  • Proficiency in building and leveraging investor relationships.

  • Sound knowledge of UK's investment and financial regulations.

  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
