Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Part-Time - Time for Equity basis

Role Purpose:

As the COO, you will be responsible for the seamless integration of our Time for Equity model into the businesses we support, ensuring a harmonised operational process while liaising with ventures, stakeholders, and our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Craft and implement operational strategies that align with the business's vision.

• Integration: Ensure the seamless incorporation of our Time for Equity model into our venture partners' operations.

• Stakeholder Management: Engage with ventures, angel networks, and other stakeholders, fostering robust relationships.

• Operational Excellence: Continuously refine our operational processes for efficacy and efficiency.

• Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and manage our operational team, ensuring they are aligned with our strategic vision.

• Reporting: Deliver periodic reports to the executive team about operational performance, challenges, and recommendations.

• Growth Strategy: Work in collaboration with the executive team to chart out strategic pathways for business growth.

• Financial Oversight: Ensure proper tracking of Time for Equity conversions, safeguarding the company's interests.

• Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to all statutory requirements related to our unique business model.
