In this capacity, you will be instrumental in establishing partnerships with landlords and property agents to facilitate the installation of our free energy systems on their properties, allowing us to charge their tenants discounted rates for the electricity generated.

Role Overview:

As an Outreach Partner at Qwerkin Energy, you will not be performing traditional sales activities. Instead, you will be focused on building strategic partnerships with landlords and property agents within the property sector. This innovative approach allows us to install our renewable energy systems on their properties and subsequently charge tenants for the electricity they consume. Typically working a day or two a week, this role delivers equity based compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential partners, including landlords and property agents.

• Present Qwerkin Energy's unique opportunity to install free energy systems on their properties.

• Build strong and lasting relationships with property stakeholders.

• Facilitate the installation of renewable energy systems on partner properties.

• Collaborate with partners to introduce tenant-based electricity consumption plans.

• Record and maintain accurate information on partner interactions and progress.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

• An understanding of renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.

• Previous experience or network connections in the property sector are highly beneficial.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
