Recruiter (Specialising in Time for Equity Partnerships)

Role Purpose:

The Recruiter will champion the identification and onboarding of external partners who are aptly suited to serve our diverse client projects. These partnerships, facilitated through our Time for Equity model, are pivotal in ensuring the ventures we support have the right blend of expertise to drive their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify potential partners with expertise across various domains, particularly those willing to engage on a Time for Equity basis.

Partnership Negotiations: Drive the Time for Equity partnership discussions, ensuring a win-win alignment between the prospective partner and The Co-Founder.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with our ventures to understand their specific expertise needs and ensure they're met.

Strategy Development: Design and refine recruitment strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of suitable partners.

Time for Equity Model Evangelism: Act as an ambassador, educating potential partners about the advantages and mechanics of our Time for Equity model.

Onboarding & Integration: Seamlessly onboard new partners, ensuring they align with our ethos and the expectations of our ventures.

Performance Tracking: Monitor the success and feedback of partners integrated into ventures and use this data to refine recruitment strategies.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in a recruitment role, ideally within the startup ecosystem.

• A clear understanding of equity partnerships, particularly in the Time for Equity domain.

• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Innovative mindset with a knack for identifying unconventional talent solutions.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Comfort in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
