Role Purpose:

As a Venture Analyst, you'll be instrumental in discerning the ventures that align with our innovative Time for Equity model. Drawing from your robust deal flow experience, you'll ensure that our investment of time is directed towards ventures with the highest potential and alignment to our values.

Key Responsibilities:

Venture Evaluation: Critically assess business models, growth prospects, and the overall fit of ventures applying for time investment.

Deal Flow Management: Oversee and streamline the flow of venture applications, ensuring timely and rigorous evaluations.

Market Research: Remain abreast of industry shifts, ensuring our Time for Equity partnerships are both relevant and forward-looking.

Feedback Mechanism: Deliver insightful feedback to ventures, maintaining our commitment to transparency and goodwill.

Team Synergy: Collaborate seamlessly with The Co-Founder team, aligning venture requirements with our reservoir of expertise.

Documentation & Reporting: Uphold meticulous records of assessments, encapsulating rationales and determinations for internal clarity.

Skill Augmentation: Regularly enhance your expertise in venture evaluation, staying attuned to best practices.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience in venture analysis, due diligence, or an analogous role within the startup or investment ecosystem.

• Proven acumen in managing and deciphering deal flows.
